Yesterday was a 112 Awards ceremony of EENA in Brussels, Gunnar Hellström was recognized for his work and got a nice award - Outstanding REACH112 award.

Gunnar's big dream is that everyone should be able to communicate with video, text and speech everywhere. This amazing concept called Total Conversation. Total Conversation has become an accepted concept in international standards organizations IETF, 3GPP and ITU.The developers of Total Conversation systems must comply with internationally accepted communication standards so that they can call each other all over the world.

Now today is Total Conversation everywhere in the world. Gunnar was co-founded the very first video relay service in the world here in Sweden. This service is currently very popular and appreciated by videophone users. Deaf and hard of hearing can use the remote interpretation and thus be more involved in the workplace and in other sammanhang.Total Conversation allows deaf and hearing impaired to REACH112 and other important community services unhindered. (EU project, REACH112)
